Our Process Optimization Service, which is also part of our overall Simplification Service, is offered as a separate service as we experience many clients struggling with processes in particular.

Process Optimization is exactly what is says, an optimization of existing processes in the company.

We use the same overall approach as we do in our Simplification Service, but the focus is purely processes and procedures.

The Process Optimization Service is ideal for Clients that wants to start out on the Simplification journey, but does not have the internal manpower to drive a project with just our Coaching Service and at the same time does not want to go all in with the Simplification Service.
