Change Management
Most change initiatives don't fail because the technology was wrong — they fail because the people expected to use it were never brought along. Our change management work exists to close that gap.
We start by understanding how an organization actually operates day to day: its culture, its informal influencers, and the specific reasons past changes stuck or didn't. That understanding shapes the plan, not a generic change template.
A readiness assessment and a communication plan come first, followed by structured support through the transition itself — training, coaching, and a clear channel for people to raise concerns before they become resistance.
The work isn't finished at go-live. We track adoption after rollout and reinforce it, because a change that fades within a few months was never really a change at all.
